How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through sillybillyz.com.au by selecting your items, adding them to your cart and completing checkout. An order confirmation email will be sent once your order is successful.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
At this time, Silly Billyz does not offer a gift-wrapping service. However, many of our products are popular as practical baby gifts.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
What items are not eligible for return?
